February 18th Update
Konami have dropped App Update 9.5.0. Take a look at all the new changes, including upcoming Skills, features and card database modifications.

Yuri Rerun Skill
You can use this Skill's first effect once per Duel.
1: If you control no monsters, set 1 Loading... to your field from outside your Deck (Its battle position can be changed.). Then, place 1 Predator Counter on a face-up monster your opponent controls. You cannot Fusion Summon other monsters until you Fusion Summon a DARK Dragon monster.
