Artmegia the Academy City of Divine Arts

During your Main Phase, you can Normal Summon 1 "Medius the Innocent" in addition to your Normal Summon/Set. (You can only gain this effect once per turn.) You can discard 1 Spell/Trap and declare the name of 1 "Artmegia" monster you do not control; add 1 declared monster from your Deck to your hand, also you cannot Special Summon from outside the Extra Deck for the rest of this turn, except "Artmegia" monsters and "Medius the Innocent". (You can only declare each card name once per turn to activate this effect of "Artmegia the Academy City of Divine Arts".)
