Notes & Combos
The format is still garbage with 70% hero duels, so I had to make a couple of changes to the deck from the previous KOG version last month:
-Droll and lock bird unfortunately doesn't work against any deck in the tier (They just have to press the yellow button to continue playing). So it's better to bring extra copies of Zhuge Kong and Guan Yun to improve consistency.
The first one helps you to negate that annoying blackrow that Hero usually plays or some Eclipse book that other decks can throw at you and completely destroy your interruption capacity. The second one is an excellent bait, it usually eats the first interruptions of the opponent and if your opponent lets it pass, he will usually take some monster or redirect the effects to him, helping you to play calmly.
-Liu Xuan can be replaced by a third Zhuge Kong perfectly to make it easier to end the turn with him on the board, but I still carry Liu Xuan because it allows you to make the combo with less cards. Feel free to change it if you see it better.
-Fangodragon is useless against any deck in the tier. I replaced it with Swam because in emergencies it will allow you to fuse 2 ancient warriors to dodge an interruption or do that extra attack that the game gives you.
