One of the worst metas of DL ever. I faced an overwhelming amount of Heroes, I think 90% of my Duels were against that. I have it built but I didn't want to suffer mirror matches. I tried Balance Altergeist but got roflstomped as early as DLV8 by Heroes. So I played this. Took around 45 wins. I struggled initially even with this but turns out, I was playing it wrong!

Going first, make SSSentry with as many SSScales as possible, then Special SSChair with its own effect to draw up to 3 with both Scales and Chair (you can even make Ouroboros in specific cases). Otherwise Dweller pass or just Set as many monsters as possible. Heroes cannot Super Poly Dweller (yet) and it shuts them down a little.

Going second use both Skills to make Delteros with as many SSScepters as possible. Pop and draw up to 3 cards uninterrupted (95% of Hero players are morons so they let you do this), pop one more with Delteros itself, then extend into Ultimate Leo Utopia Ray and OTK. ULUR is still a threat if you fail to OTK (you can use Droplet and ULUR on the same monster to lower more ATK). Otherwise you can use Photon or Starliege to ULUR OTK, or just Exciton the field away (Toggle ON!).

I want to thank to QuantumCubes for telling me to run Wight (worked great vs Heroes, also beat one by discarding it on my turn so I could use Exciton's effect) and also sometimes just Set 2/3 monsters and pass vs Heroes, and the wonderful people of his community for helping me git gud on SSS.
