I’ve finally done it! I’m finally big-brained enough to figure out how this deck works. What’s more, I can finally play as my favorite **** creep Spectre, he’s literally my husbando, I am obsessed with this demented old man and his tree-mother complex. I wonder if I should make this deck my entire personality and write verbose paragraphs in every write-up about how attractive Spectre is every month I KOG with this deck.

Anyways, turns out that Sunavalon is VERY good against the hot new tier 1 threat of the month in Lyriluscs. Going first, we can Sunavalon Bloom them while Assembled & hopefully Thrush are on board to completely shut down their whole game plan, and going 2nd we can easily play through 3 Ensemblue hits with the help of the Skill. Also, I highly recommend DD Crow as the hand trap of choice this format, as I made a couple of Lyrilusc players scoop on the spot the moment I banished their target for Canary.

Some other deckbuilding notes: if I had 1 more copy of Sowing I would absolutely play It (maybe cut 1 Shrine for it if you have 2). 3 Dryas is necessary for the main combo, I promise you won’t be missing a 2nd Thrasher ever. I’m also going to issue a tearful youtuber apology to Sunavalon Daphne for saying she would be worthless in DL, her combo line w/ Shadow is actually leagues better than the old line w/ Dryades+Twin.
