Notes & Combos
For the last 3 months I've been playing pure Salad. This is the final decklist i came up with.
What I've found is that more disruption cards don't help if you cant get into your main mode with gazelle, jaguar + normal summon turn one and meer, falco and fown for board swarming. So consistency is key.
Turn 1 your endboard should at least have jack, wolf and circle. If possible and if impactful Abyss dweller. If you have enough resources and no circle you should always send circle to the grave as it is the most crucial piece to this decklist. 3 Fowns bc its not only great to get access to Dweller more consistently but also you can special summon Fown during your opponents turn if you search and summon Meer with Circle or Summon Gazelle after activating Dweller.
More Salad monsters also means that it's possible to break almost any board as all Salads have some form of alternative Summoningconditipn besides Normalsummoning. Also you can bait out Backrow with Fown which helps a lot as most people are relictant to for example book your Normal summon.
The easiest combo for OTKs is: Balelynx in Extra Deck zone Security Dragon bounce Balelynx and Security Dragon into Unicorn bounce Unicorn and 4th monster into Rasterliger that can maybe also pop something non target.
The skill adds another Salad extra deck monster if you get IDP or Crowed. Heatleo is great for backrow removal and if you're below 2000 LP you can add the second Heatleo to the deck for its Reincarnation effect which is great for grindy matches to get out of sticky situations.
