RDA is officially the first matchup where time thief has an easier time going 2nd than first. Keep track of their resources and try to use the Redoer spin and set nonengine in a way that either leaves them without tuners or without a nontuner. If you can make 3 xyzes, use Nightmare to flip down Bone and you likely win.
In comparison, we basically farm the average RDA player when we go 2nd and they don't flip Red Reign/drop veilers - all our nonengine is good into it, Regulator ignores Fiendish Chain so it forces out Abyss or we have crazy gas (and many players waste chain on it), Arc Rebellion still OTKs if it goes through...
If going 2nd into RDA is still hard, you can try adding Cairngorgon to draw another one of RDAs interrupts away from Raider's Knight over 106.
