Credit to Ganbarimasu for the Robin combo idea, I had a really good streak with this deck, Resonator is not a bad matchup If you go turn 1. Reccomended song to play this deck: Kamen Rider Wizard "Blessed Wind".

Normal summon Glass Bell, grab and special summon Freeze Bell, synchro summon Freeze Bell, use skill 2, use skill 3 to return Glass Bell to the deck and draw a Snow Bell, use skill 1 to grab a second Snow Bell, special summon both Snow Bells from hand while you still control the one on the field, then just synchro summon Crystal Wing and xyz summon Ensemblue Robin. It's a one-card combo I don't recommend unless you are unfortunate enough to start with no starters other than Glass Bell. If you are unlucky to only have Glass Bell as a starter, that's still an excellent option.
How consistent is this deck? I’ve never had luck with anything more than 20 cards for windwitch but definitely wanna try this version of it
