Notes & Combos

I only recently discovered Rush Duels so this is still very new to me. I think Psychic Divergence into Rhythmical Performer is a neat interaction but still doesn't beat checking multiple backrow of JAM:P Check.

Because you need normals for Check and Start I am running 10 normals. I would play a 3rd copy of Silent Assailant if I could get a copy, but for now Concert Costume basically does the job as well. It sometimes gives you extra lifepoints with Drummer so that's not too bad if you can't find CAN:D.

Cards that I was testing on my climb, Romanpick, did not like because of the conditional that my LP were lower. Couldn't use in every situation and even though the ATK treshold was good enough to bounce with Re:D it wasn't worth spending 1K LP to add back two cards. Esperade was an okay inclusion until I got my other copies of Re:D and Melo:D. Future Diviner to cycle through cards wasn't that good because it paled to the Re:D Shine search once you have a Can:D in rotation but I was playing a copy when I only had 2 Can:D.

I also tried out a copy of Speedy Performer, but it's ability to give attack (even on bounce for two activations) is not that good.

Some things to note, Re:D's tribute restriction is only while she's on board so if you bounce a Dream Drummer or a Rhythimical for a second use, if you have a Melo:D to bounce her you can tribute her back onto the board. The Re:D Shine skill makes any Psychic a level 5 so you can use that to help bounce any sets for Melo:D even if you don't have Can:D to maximize value. Telepathic Agent for the recycle is okay, but it also has the same conditional as Romanpick and I thought an extra normal monster would be better.

Rhythmical Perfomer is such a neat inclusion, don't need to rely on the rip for the extra card, but the only way to guarantee it is with Psychic Divergence because Melo:D shuffles sets into the deck. It also has niche interactions if your opponent leaves a S/T ontop for Draftannin or any other similar cards.

A card I did cut was Severing Psychic Wall. It really does not do much for the deck, so I added the extra copy of Up! in place of it. I am considering the Talismanic Seal Array but there is a good amount of recycling in the deck already. I would play a copy of Primaguitar if I had one.

Maximum Summons are pretty tough to out if the attack value eclipses 4K, and you'll have to rely on getting the Tribute to the Doom.
