Notes & Combos

Second time making KOG with Speedroids out of plain fun of piloting the deck, it's been a while since the last one but the meta has been really taking a heavy toll on my experience. I had to pull out Speedroids again however.

I haven't much to add here but the only two cents I got is:

  1. Do not sleep on Shock Surprise, it's quite versatile. I'd say if there is anything you can cut from this list though, it could be this card. For me, I left it in because it saved my skin more times than I wanted it to be out of my hand. Kitedrake field negate into Shock Surprise (and maybe Cyber Slash effect) is one **** of a play, trust.
  2. Hagoita is the heart of this version, @Eaglehuntt is who made me consider dropping Rider and Puzzle and despite how distasteful it seemed at first, I have to say I am completely sold on this version right here, it just plays better.

That's about it, really. I picked this version up from Legend 3 with a rank-down, and got all the way up to KOG in (almost) a clean sweep with a 13 killstreak. (A Blue-Eyes player pulled on my brakes cause I didn't activate Hagoita to stop him from synchro-ing into Spirit)

Below are some replays to showcase some plays, but nothing is absolute. I learnt this version as I went and just cooked.

Goodluck with your climb fellow Speedroid enthusiasts!
