So I played 2 versions on this climb. Beartrap being a Rafflesia version and what you see here which I call Handtrap Vendor, which was the one that got me kog in the end. The idea with Handtrap Vendor is that your not really trying to build a board.

At most you might set up Abyss Dweller and perhaps a residual Whale. However this list is all about what's in hand on your opponent's turn. With Fluffals you make plenty of searches for deck thinning and apart from that you draw about 6 cards, 4 in your turn + 2 in your opponent's turn. Those 6 cards and your beginning 4 on turn 1 can contain your handtraps, other than scythe, which you deep draw for.

So your checklist for turn one looks like: 1. Get a toy vendor into the gy to set up Dolphin. 2. Dolphin effect for Wings draws. 3. At some point fuse for Penguin draws. 4. Use Penguin (or Repair) or some level 4s to make Abyss Dweller. 5. Leave a Penguin in hand or on the field and add scythe to hand usually via swapping Sabres.

Hopefully you draw into handtraps on the way. It's that last part that makes me doubt the list is good but somehow it works. Granted it only took me roughly 17 wins with Handtrap Vendor to get to kog so maybe I haven’t got a good idea of how often it works.
