I ran two taketomborgs because I only have the 2 (also having more than one in a hand is a brick since you can only summon it once per turn). Shock suprise is a funny 'surprise' which you can just afford to run at 1 thanks to lancea being a thing. You can mix and mash any backrow all you want but try running three backrow protection/removal to protect your big boss monsters. Downbeat is a cool tech that I majorly used to summon terrortop and sometimes taketomborg and I recommend running a copy. Horse stilts has a cool GY effect that helps you synchro after your board's been wiped; something the deck desperately needs.
As for the extra deck; you can replace Kandama with any level 7 or 8 big boss synchro (Hyper Slash/Stardust/Cyber Quantum). Running 1 clear wing meant I lost one game among my 150-ish, but it also meant I had more room for obscure hi-speedroid syncrhos (better to run 2 if you have more than one but its not necessary). The rest you know, so let's leave it at that!
