Going first you want to make Masterflare Hyperion, Ruddy Rose Dragon, and Samsara, Dragon of Rebirth. To buid that field you need Master Hyperion and The Agent of Mystery - Earth in your starting hand, so fetch them with the skill or The Sacred Waters in the Sky. Normal Earth and search The Agent of Life - Neptune. Use your skill to dump two The Agent of Creation - Venus in your graveyard and search up whatever else you need if you can. Banish a Venus to summon Master Hyperion and make Masterflare Hyperion. Use Neptune to summon the other Venus from your graveyard and then use her to summon two Mystical Shine *****. Use your skill to recycle Earth from your graveyard and make Venus and one of the Shine ***** tuners. Make Samsara. Use Masterflare to dump Majesty Hyperion in your graveyard and then banish Neptune to summon him from the graveyard and get The Sanctuary in the Sky to your hand from your deck (added to your deck with the first skill). Summon the Ruddy Rose Dragon and play Sanctuary.

If you want more disruption make Pluto instead of Samsara.
