You dont really, Necrovalley have 0 presence in tournaments and in the same way cards like Shadow-Imprisoning Mirror you just dont have an out if they resolve it before you can do the fusion. If you face a lot of Necrovalley in PvP you may want to add typhoon but I think you can just scoop, is not worth to build around rare strategies

Yeah 1 levi is enough, 2 is good also but i want to play silver rokket to banish extra deck monsters

yes, but you really want the lv 6 red eyes because the extra special summon helps you to setup a turn 1 with the red-eyes, a normal summned rokket and spiral + rapid trigger. Also red eyes helps filling the GY with materials for Levi and is an extra special going second to bait or link climbing. There are other borrel link versions not using Levi though, focused more on using staples like book of moon or crackdown
